The question we get asked the most regarding this service is, "How do I explain to my potential nanny or caregiver why I want them to do this?".  

When you are conducting your initial interview of your nanny or caregiver simply explain that you have hired a company to perform an additional phone interview, screening, reference check, and perform a background check.  Let them know that this process will allow you to feel completely at ease once they begin working for your family.  Let them know that before you make your final decision they will be contacted by a consultant from our company to schedule the interview and fill out paperwork.   If you receive resistance you should perceive it as a red flag and not hire this nanny or caregiver.
