Welcome to our Bright Horizons Back Up Care Employee Program. This page is designed to provide you with all the necessary paperwork needed to be a part of this exciting program.

Payroll: Payroll is run every other Friday.  Payroll Schedule Link.  Our payroll process is based on the Authorization Form you will receive from our office for the Bright Horizon job. IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE HOURS FROM WHAT IS ON THE FORM YOU MUST HAVE THE CLIENT ON SITE SIGN YOUR AUTHORIZATION FORM APPROVING THE CHANGE OR HAVE THEM SIGN A PIECE OF PAPER WITH THE CASE NUMBER, THEIR NAME, YOUR NAME, AND THE HOURS CHANGE. Then you would need to get that information to our office via email or fax.

Our office will handle the entry of all time!

ONLINE VERSION Bright Horizons Complete Packet   (must attach ID in the upload of this online process so have your ID scanned in and ready to be added as an attachment or scan and email/fax it in)

BH 2016 Complete Package (to download, print, manually fill out and scan/fax in with ID) Once your paperwork is completed please scan and email all printed documents to sandiego@crunchcare.com or fax to 877-256-2577.
