Updates have been made to the following since the video was made:
-Our main accounting contact is eden.saban@crunchcare.com. Belinda Yarborough is no longer with Crunch Care as seen in the video.
-We have updated our cancelation policy to be as follows: If a case is canceled at 5pm the night prior to the start and we can not rebook you, you will be paid for 4 hours of work. If you can be rebooked we will expect you to go to the case scheduled for you the next day within your area. If your case is canceled and you have arrived on site we will pay a 4 hour cancelation fee and seek approval from our partners for a full day of pay but it is not guaranteed.
